In public gameplay recorded after the Decorations Pt. 1 update, players do not purchase table condiments from the regular furniture shop. Instead, decoration acquisition uses the in-game Phone interface.
Purchasing a Normal mystery box starts a 5-minute delivery countdown. In recorded footage, the parcel appeared in front of the shop upon arrival; if not visible, check your current client or server UI. Interacting with Open unpacks the items, which can then be slotted onto customer dining tables via the Customize interaction.
Step-by-step process
Follow the numbered sequence below to order mystery boxes and place acquired decorations.
Click or tap the Phone button located on the right side of the screen HUD to open your in-game smartphone menu.

Select the in-game shopping app on your phone (shown as Choppy in the cited recording; follow the visible shopping-app tile if labels change).
Inside the shopping app, browse to the Mystery Boxes category to view available box purchase options.
Select the Normal mystery box (observed cost: ₱10,000; visible delivery ETA: 5 Mins) and confirm the purchase using your restaurant cash.

Walk up to the delivery box parcel and press Open to reveal and claim your acquired decoration items.
