Patch of October 31, 2026
Karinderya dog: how to adopt the stray Aspin
The dog is free. A stray Aspin stands in the alley beside the town leaderboards and you adopt it with one interaction — the panel reads Free, so there is no cash price and no Robux button. It follows you, ages from Age 1 to 15 while you play, and the game's own patch note says dogs wake your workers and bark to slow runaways, with Age 10+ dogs chasing and catching them for you. A November 4, 2026 recording also catches the Exp bar moving: at Age 7 the label reads Exp 50 / 300 and then 55 / 300, so the 30 the Age 1 label shows is not a fixed requirement — and switching the skin back to Aspin keeps both the age and the Exp.

What the patch added
The patch note is the source, and it is short
The October 31, 2026 build is the first one this site has seen that prints its own patch note. Open the Update Logs panel in the client and the top block is a Patch Log dated that day, with eight lines about the dog and a code at the end. Seven of those lines describe a mechanic rather than a fix, which is unusual enough to be worth quoting in order.
The lines read: a free Aspin adopted from the stray; the dog follows you, jumps with you and does tricks; tap it to make it stay or follow; it ages up while you play, Age 1 to 15, and grows bigger; older dogs wake your workers and bark to slow runaways; Age 10+ it chases and catches runaways for you; the Moon Dog skin in the Halloween Shop levels up 1.5x faster. The last line is CODE: BUGAS, which is on the codes page.

Five steps
Adopt the dog without walking past it
The alley is the fiddly part. The rest is two panels and a tap.
- 01
Walk the alley beside the leaderboards
The stray stands in the gap between the yellow building and the low wall, next to the leaderboard boards in the middle of town. Nothing on the map marks it; you find it by walking up. The dog itself carries an Adopt me please bubble before anyone talks to it.
- 02
Press the interaction key on the dog
The prompt reads [E] Stray Aspin / Adopt. The panel that opens is titled Adopt this Aspin? and names the pet Stray Aspin.
- 03
Read the three lines before you accept
The panel lists Free, Follows you everywhere, and Grows up and learns tricks. The first line is the one that matters: there is no cash price and no Robux button on this panel.
- 04
Choose the look that starts you off
Adopting opens Your Aspin's Look with Aspin - Age 1 selected and a Moon Dog (Shop) button beside it. A banner confirms it: You adopted an Aspin! It follows you now. Tap it to make it stay or follow.
- 05
Tap the dog to park it or bring it along
Tapping the dog swaps between Aspin stays here. and Aspin follows you. Use stay when you are cooking and the dog keeps drifting into your way; use follow when you want it beside you on a delivery.

Aging
Two thresholds do the work, and only one of them is early
A newly adopted dog is Aspin - Age 1 with an overhead label reading Exp 0 / 30. The patch note says it ages up while you play and eventually grows bigger, out to Age 15. Two effects are tied to age rather than to any purchase: once the dog is old enough it wakes your workers and barks to slow runaways, and once it reaches Age 10 it chases and catches runaways for you.
Read that as the game's plan for the pet, not as a shift-by-shift plan for you. Nothing in the note says how long an age takes, and the capture only ever shows Age 1. If you are buying the Moon Dog skin for the 1.5x growth, the honest expectation is that it shortens a wait whose length is not published.
Where it pays off: the runaway customers are the ones who leave without paying. Catching them is the one job the dog does that you otherwise have to do on foot — the worker guide covers who else can cover that gap, and the permit requirements are where the game asks you to catch 300 of them.

Cosmetics
The Moon Dog skin is a growth multiplier, not a second pet
The look panel offers exactly two options: Wearing Aspin, which is whatever you have on, and Moon Dog (Shop), which is the Halloween Shop version.
The panel's own description lines are the useful part. Aspin is labelled normal growth and Moon Dog is labelled x1.5 growth (Halloween Shop) — so the two skins differ in aging speed, not in the pet behind them. The patch note says the same thing from the other side: the Moon Dog skin levels up 1.5x faster.
The price is 100,000 Halloween Candy, read off the Halloween Shop shelf in the November 1, 2026 recording. The same shelf lists the Halloween Chair and Halloween Table at 800 candy each and the Halloween Doormat at 500, so the skin costs more than a hundred times a furniture piece. The card behind the price says the rest: it needs an Aspin first, you equip or switch skins at the stray Aspin, and it is yours to keep after Halloween — so the purchase is permanent even though the shop is event-bound. The Halloween event record tracks the furniture prices this site has read for the set.

Age and Exp
The Exp bar does move, and the number under it changes with age
Every earlier clip this site held showed a freshly adopted dog parked at Exp 0 / 30. A November 4, 2026 recording follows an older pet for ninety seconds and catches both the bar and the skin switch that sits next to it.
Age 7 counts to 300, not to 30
The overhead label on the Moon Dog reads Moon Dog - Age 7 over Exp 50 / 300. Fourteen seconds later, after the owner switches the skin, the same pet reads Aspin - Age 7 over Exp 55 / 300. Two things follow from those two frames: the bar fills while you play, and the denominator is not a constant — a 30 at Age 1 became a 300 by Age 7. What the clip does not contain is an age-up moment, so it still cannot say how much Exp an age costs or what the 300 is counting toward.
Read the denominator before you compare two dogs. A friend's pet showing 55 / 300 at Age 7 and your pet showing 5 / 30 at Age 1 are not the same progress in different units; they are two different bars.
Switching the skin costs nothing and keeps the pet. Walk up to the dog and the interaction prompt reads [E] Your Aspin / Change Look. The panel it opens is titled Your Aspin's Look with the current skin on the subtitle line — Moon Dog - Age 7 here — over two description lines, Aspin: normal growth and Moon Dog: x1.5 growth, and two buttons: Aspin on the left and Wearing Moon Dog on the right. This clip opens it on the owner's own Age 7 dog; the Moon Dog card's own text says skins are equipped or switched at the stray Aspin, and the card describes the same two-button panel.
Pressing Aspin prints a green Aspin Skin equipped banner, turns the dog brown, and swaps the button labels to Wearing Aspin and Moon Dog. The age stays at 7 and the Exp carries over to 55 / 300, so a switch is a look change rather than a new pet or a reset. Whether the x1.5 growth still applies while the plain Aspin skin is on is not shown: the panel keeps printing both growth lines after the switch, which is the panel describing the skins, not the one you are wearing.

What the patch note leaves open
None of these blocks adoption. Each one would change what you do next, so they stay listed rather than guessed.
- What fills the Exp bar. A November 4, 2026 recording catches the bar at 50 of 300 and then at 55 of 300 a few seconds later, so it does move while you play — but nothing in that clip says which action moved it.
- How much Exp one age needs. The Age 1 label counts to 30 and the Age 7 label counts to 300; the other fourteen ages have not been framed, so this page cannot give a per-age table.
- What the Shop's Super Dog card at 270 Robux is. It appeared in the November 4, 2026 build marked NEW!, and no frame this site holds opens it, so whether it is a second pet, a skin or a bundle is unread.
- How long 100,000 candy takes to save: the skin costs that much and the shop is the only place this site has seen candy priced, so the grind depends on the event quest track rather than on anything published.
- Whether the Age 10 runaway catch fires on its own or needs a tap, and whether the Age 5 slowdown the November 1 creator claims exists at all — the patch log ties both effects to “older dogs” and Age 10+.
- Whether you can own more than one dog, rename it, or put it back.
- What a golden bone is. A TikTok title in the search results for this feature names one; no frame this site read shows it, so it is not described here.
Quick answers
Frequently asked questions
How do you get the dog in Karinderya?
Walk to the alley between the yellow building and the low wall beside the town leaderboards, where a brown Aspin with an Adopt me please bubble is waiting. Press the interaction key and the panel Adopt this Aspin? opens with three lines — Free, Follows you everywhere, Grows up and learns tricks — and an Adopt button. There is no cash price and no Robux button.
What does the Karinderya dog do?
The October 31, 2026 patch note says the dog follows you, jumps with you and does tricks, that tapping it makes it stay or follow, and that older dogs wake your workers and bark to slow runaways. At Age 10 and above it chases and catches runaways for you. The note does not say what the Exp bar counts or how long an age takes.
How long does the Aspin take to reach Age 10?
Unconfirmed for the whole ladder, but the bar is no longer a blank: a November 4, 2026 recording shows an Age 7 dog at Exp 50 / 300 and then Exp 55 / 300 seconds later, while the Age 1 label reads Exp 0 / 30. So the denominator changes with age — 30 at Age 1, 300 at Age 7 in the two frames this site holds — and nothing read here times a single age or shows the moment one completes. The Moon Dog skin from the Halloween Shop levels up 1.5x faster, which is the only growth rate the game publishes; the skin itself costs 100,000 candy.
Does switching the dog's skin reset its age or Exp?
No, not in the frame this site read. The look panel is opened with [E] Your Aspin / Change Look, and pressing Aspin prints Aspin Skin equipped, turns the dog brown and keeps the label at Age 7; the Exp line moves from 50 / 300 to 55 / 300 across the switch. The panel keeps printing Aspin: normal growth and Moon Dog: x1.5 growth after the switch, so it describes the two skins rather than the one you are wearing, and whether the x1.5 still applies on the plain Aspin skin is not shown.
Does the Moon Dog skin cost candy or Robux?
Candy, and 100,000 of it. The November 1, 2026 recording opens the Halloween Shop shelf and reads Moon Dog Skin at 100,000 candy, with Halloween Chair and Halloween Table at 800 each and Halloween Doormat at 500. Its card says the skin needs an Aspin first, is equipped or switched at the stray Aspin, and is yours to keep after Halloween. No Robux price appears for it in any frame this site holds.
Is the Karinderya dog free?
The stray Aspin is. Its adoption panel lists Free as its first line and carries no currency button, and the only optional spend attached to that pet was the Moon Dog skin in the Halloween Shop at 100,000 candy in the November 1, 2026 recording. The November 4, 2026 build also puts a Shop card titled Super Dog at 270 Robux marked NEW!, which no frame this site holds opens; whether that card is a second dog, a skin or a bundle is unread, so it neither changes the free adoption nor counts as a paid dog here.
