Karinderya permits: Barangay, Mayor's and Business Permit requirements
Three licences stack, and the newest one is the Business Permit. The Barangay Permit asks for 500 Bubbles served, 500 pieces of trash collected, the Royal Counter and a repaired chiller, and pays x1.25 Cash and x1.25 Luck. The Mayor's Permit then asks for the Barangay Permit plus 3,000 dishwashes, 50 Secret Customers, the Futitoo Counter, every extension and ₱3,000,000, and pays five-plate servers and 20% faster customer arrivals. The Business Permit asks for the Mayor's Permit plus 3,000 customers, 300 softdrinks, 300 inihaws, 100 garbage bags, 300 runaways caught, 30 workers and Extension 5 and ₱10,000,000, and pays Open 24/7, 5-10 day workers and a 1st Floor Server. Gulay meals need 12,000 served with the Barangay Permit; Seafood meals need 20,000 served with the Mayor's Permit.
The first two permits are granted in the yellow-and-blue building across the street from your restaurant, and none of the three is bought from the Shop. Walk out of your door, cross the road, and the ground-floor clerk handles the Barangay Permit while the clerk one floor up handles the Mayor's Permit. The Business Permit uses the same three-tab panel; the capture that shows it never frames the building or the prompt, so this page does not place that desk.
Ground floor
The Barangay Permit clerk
Interacting opens a panel with three tabs: Permit, Req. and Info. The clerk's own line, as the September 20, 2026 recording reads it, is “What do you want?! Barangay Permit???” with an Apply button underneath.
While rows are unfinished: pressing Apply returns a red “Requirements not met!” banner and nothing is deducted.
Upstairs
The Mayor's Permit clerk
Same three tabs, different line: “I can help you get a Mayor's permit.” The October 16, 2026 recording reaches this desk with every requirement already filled in, presses Apply, and the button changes to Granted.
What changes in the room: a MAYOR'S PERMIT sign appears on the restaurant wall once the licence is granted.
Third licence
The Business Permit desk
Same three tabs again, with a different clerk line: “Ready to run a real business? I can get you a Business Permit.” The November 1, 2026 recording presses Apply on that panel with all nine rows full and the button changes to Granted.
What changes in the room: a green BUSINESS PERMIT sign joins the Mayor's sign on the wall, under the gold plaque.
First licence
What the Barangay Permit asks for
Four rows were legible on the Req. tab in the September 20, 2026 capture. Read them as grinds plus two Shop spends: the counters move while you play, the Royal Counter and the chiller do not.
Requirement row
State in the capture
What that row means for your next session
Serve Bubbles 500 Times
183 / 500
The panel counts something the game calls Bubbles. No captured frame shows which interaction feeds that counter, so treat the name as the game's own and the action as unconfirmed.
Collect Trash 500 Times
92 / 500
A November 1, 2026 recording shows the loop: five bags pile up in front of the karinderya, each one is carried to the parked garbage truck, and the banner counts down Garbage thrown! 4 left. to Your karinderya is clean again. The game prints the window at both ends: one recording carries “Throw it in the garbage truck from 5 AM”, and the October 31, 2026 build prints “The garbage truck is here until 11 AM! Throw out your garbage.” Whether one bag is one Collect Trash tick is still unshown.
Unlocked Royal Counter
Done!
A Shop purchase, not a grind. Which tab the Royal Counter sits in was not captured.
Repaired Chiller
Done!
The chiller has to exist and be repaired before this row ticks. Prices and repair steps are not shown in this capture.
The Info tab lists the payout plainly: x1.25 Cash, x1.25 Luck and the Brgy Permit itself. The cash multiplier is the first earning bonus this site can attribute to a specific licence, and the luck multiplier has no published definition in the game or in the description.
What that capture did not show: a cash fee row. The panel's list ended at Repaired Chiller in every frame this site read, and the player pressed nothing further, so whether the Barangay Permit also charges pesos is unconfirmed here. The Mayor's Permit's ₱3,000,000 is a separate, clearly labelled row.
The trash row has a clock on it. Bags pile up in front of the karinderya and only the truck takes them. Two recordings read the window from opposite ends: a November 1, 2026 clip carries the line “Throw it in the garbage truck from 5 AM”, and the October 31, 2026 build prints “The garbage truck is here until 11 AM! Throw out your garbage.” — so plan on a 5 AM to 11 AM window and move the bags before it closes. The one thing neither banner shows is a clock: if your server runs a different day length, read the hour on your own HUD rather than assuming the pair lines up with your local time.
October 31, 2026 build, 01:37: the banner that closes the window, cropped from the top of the screen. The line below it, “Workers have spawned near the Grocery!”, is the same notice the worker guide quotes.
Second licence
What the Mayor's Permit asks for
Six rows, read from the same Req. tab in a recording published October 16, 2026. Five of them are progress bars or unlocked items; the sixth is the largest single payment on either permit panel.
Requirement row
State in the capture
What it changes about the grind
Unlock Brgy Permit
Done!
The Barangay Permit is a prerequisite, not a parallel track: the Sep 20 capture reads this row as Not yet, with the rows under it scrolled out of view.
Wash Dishes 3000 Times
3,000 / 3,000
Six times the 500-row counters the Barangay Permit asks for. A hired Dishwasher stands at the dishwashing station, so this count can move while you serve.
Serve 50 Secret Customers
50 / 50
Secret Customers are their own visit type; the panel gives no spawn rule, and no captured frame shows one arriving.
Unlock Futitoo Counter
Done!
Transcribed from a 640×296 capture, so the middle letters of that name are the least certain text on this page.
Unlock All Extensions
Done!
Every plot extension has to be bought before this row ticks. The priced tiers run Extension 3 ₱2,000,000, Extension 4 ₱10,000,000 and Extension 5 ₱20,000,000.
₱3,000,000 Cash
₱3,000,000 / ₱3,000,000
A one-off fee, deducted on grant. In the capture the balance fell from about ₱8.34M to about ₱5.35M inside the same minute.
The payout is written twice. The Info tab lists Server upto 5 Plates, 20% customer spawn and Mayor's Permit; the grant banner repeats it as “Servers can now carry 5 plates & customers arrive 20% faster!” — the game's own wording, including its spelling of “upto”.
The fee leaves your balance the moment you press Apply. In the capture the wallet read ₱8,342,045 while the Req. tab was open and ₱5,345,444 after the banner appeared, so treat ₱3,000,000 as spent at the counter rather than saved toward a purchase.
Third licence
What the Business Permit asks for
Nine rows on the Req. tab, all read from a recording published November 1, 2026. Every row already reads Done! or a full bar, so this capture prices the licence instead of showing the grind behind it.
Requirement row
State in the capture
What it changes about the grind
Unlock Mayor's Permit
Done!
The third licence is a stack, not a parallel track: the two earlier permits are rows on this panel.
Serve 3,000 Customers
3,000 / 3,000
The panel does not say whether this is the served counter the Menu rows use; it asks 3,000 where those rows ask 7,700, 12,000 and 20,000.
Serve 300 Softdrinks
300 / 300
The panel spells it Softdrinks. Which drink on the menu counts toward this row is not written on it.
Serve 300 Inihaws
300 / 300
Inihaws is the panel's own spelling of the grill item the ihaw stall cooks.
Throw 100 Garbage Bags
100 / 100
The November 1, 2026 capture shows the loop: five bags pile up in front of the karinderya, each one is carried to the parked garbage truck, and the banner counts down Garbage thrown! 4 left. to Your karinderya is clean again. The truck window is printed at both ends — from 5 AM, and until 11 AM.
Catch 300 Runaways
300 / 300
The customers who leave without paying. A dog chases and catches them from Age 10, so the pet is a way to feed this row.
Hire 30 Workers
30 / 30
Hired staff, not co-op partners. Each hire costs a wage and a contract length, which the worker guide covers.
Repair Extension 5
Done!
The last extension, the one that opens the rooftop terrace: ₱20,000,000 or 499 Robux with a 48-hour timer.
₱10,000,000 Cash
₱10,000,000 / ₱10,000,000
The largest single fee on any permit panel — more than three times the Mayor's ₱3,000,000. The capture never shows the moment it leaves the wallet.
November 1, 2026 build: the top of the Business Permit's Req. tab. The first row is the licence itself, which is how the three permits chain.Same panel, scrolled down: the three service counters and the garbage row. Hire 30 Workers, Repair Extension 5 and the ₱10,000,000 fee sit below this crop.
The Info tab lists four rewards: Open 24/7, 5-10 Day Workers, 1st Floor Server and the Business Permit itself. The grant banner says the same in one line: “Business Permit granted! Open 24/7, 5-10 day workers & a 1st Floor Server!”
Read the counters against the earlier two tiers before you save for this one. The fee is ₱10,000,000 on top of every extension, so the cash row is late-game money, while the 3,000-customer, 300-drink and 300-inihaw rows tick during ordinary shifts. The two rows that are not automatic are Hire 30 Workers and Catch 300 Runaways: both need a repeatable loop you set up and keep running.
November 1, 2026 build: the grant moment. The banner is the game's own wording, and the button underneath it stays on Granted. The Info tab of the same panel, read seconds after the grant: four reward lines, three of them new at this tier.
Menu gates
Which customers served count opens which menu
The Menu panel gates each category twice: a served-customer count and a permit. Buy the permit first and the count still has to arrive; grind the count first and the unlock button stays locked until the licence is granted.

State in the October 16, 2026 capture
A row reading “Serve 7700 customers to unlock.”

GULAY MEALS
12,000
Barangay Permit
Enabled in the October 16, 2026 capture
SEAFOOD MEALS
20,000
Mayor's Permit
Unlocked live at 22,541 served in the October 16, 2026 capture
Seafood is the row the capture settles: it read Unlock at 22,541 served against a 20,000 requirement, with the Mayor's Permit already granted, and pressing it produced the banner “Seafood Meals Menu Unlocked!”. Gulay was already enabled at 12,000 with the Barangay Permit.
What the panel did not settle: the label of the 7,700 row. It scrolled above the panel's top edge in every captured frame, so this page records the threshold without inventing a category name for it.
Planning order
An order that does not waste a shift
The rows are not equally expensive in time. Two of them tick while you serve, two are Shop spends, and one is a single lump payment — so the sequence below keeps the cheap counters running while you fund the expensive one.
Keep the two counters moving from your first shift. Bubbles and trash accumulate outside of any licence work, so the 500-row pair costs you nothing extra once you know they are counted.
Buy the Royal Counter and repair the chiller before you plan anything else. Both are Shop spends, and both are prerequisites the panel will not let you skip.
Hire a Dishwasher for the 3,000-row. The sink count is the longest grind on either panel; the worker guide covers the hiring stall outside Grocery and its timed contract.
Do not start saving for ₱3,000,000 last. Extensions come first on the same panel — Extension 4 asked ₱10,000,000 and Extension 5 asked ₱20,000,000 — so the permit fee is the cheapest part of the late game, not the expensive one. The progression route covers all three priced extensions.
Apply once all six rows are full. Pressing Apply early only returns “Requirements not met!”, and the panel shows nothing deducted, so there is no reason to test it early.
Unlock the menu category the same session. Seafood stayed on an Unlock button until it was pressed at 22,541 served, so the permit alone does not switch the category on.
Limits
What these recordings cannot settle
Everything above comes from three recordings — one published September 20, 2026, one published October 16, 2026 and one published November 1, 2026 — plus this site's own reads of the game description. Where a frame was unreadable or a panel was never opened, the gap is listed here rather than filled in.
Read on frames
What the panels stated
The two earliest clerks sit in the same yellow-and-blue building across the street, and all three panels use the Permit / Req. / Info tabs.
The Barangay Permit's four visible rows, its three rewards, and its “Requirements not met!” refusal.
The Mayor's Permit's six rows, its three rewards, the grant banner, the ₱3,000,000 deduction and the certificate on the wall.
The Business Permit's nine rows, its four reward lines, the grant banner, and the green wall sign that joins the mayor's.
Three menu rows with the served counts 7,700, 12,000 and 20,000, and the permit each one names.
Not confirmed
What this page leaves open
A Barangay Permit cash fee: no such row appeared in the frames read.
The exact spelling of the Futitoo Counter row, transcribed from a 640×296 capture.
Whether five plates covers hired Servers, your own character, or both, and whether 20% shortens the arrival gap or raises a cap.
The label of the 7,700-customer row, and the name of the meal category it belongs to.
The spawn rule for Secret Customers, and whether the Bubbles counter is fed by the sink, drinks or a separate station.
What Extensions 1 and 2 cost. Three, four and five are priced on the progression route.
What 5-10 Day Workers changes: whether it lengthens a worker contract, raises a worker cap or unlocks a higher tier.
What a 1st Floor Server adds next to the five-plate servers the Mayor's Permit grants.
Whether Open 24/7 removes a closing time, and how a 24-hour restaurant meets a 5 AM to 11 AM garbage-truck window.
Whether the Business Permit's ₱10,000,000 leaves the wallet the moment Apply is pressed, as the Mayor's ₱3,000,000 does: the capture opens with the row already full and never frames the deduction.
Which building and floor the Business Permit desk sits in: no frame in that recording shows the prompt or the sign outside it.
Whether any of these numbers moved after the October 16, 2026 recording. The October 24 build could not be read through the games API on October 28, 2026, because it answered “This API is unavailable in your country”.
Quick answers
Frequently asked questions
How do you get the Barangay Permit in Karinderya?
Cross the street from your restaurant into the yellow-and-blue building and talk to the clerk at the ground-floor counter; the upstairs clerk handles the Mayor's Permit. The recording read on October 28, 2026 (published September 20, 2026) shows a panel with three tabs, Permit, Req. and Info, and an Apply button that answers Requirements not met! until every row is done. The four rows legible on that capture are Serve Bubbles 500 Times (183 of 500 at the time), Collect Trash 500 Times (92 of 500), Unlocked Royal Counter (Done!) and Repaired Chiller (Done!). Its Info tab lists three rewards: x1.25 Cash, x1.25 Luck and the Brgy Permit itself. That capture did not show a cash fee row, so this site has not confirmed one.
What does the Mayor's Permit require in Karinderya?
Six rows, all read off the Req. tab of the upstairs clerk's panel in a recording published October 16, 2026: Unlock Brgy Permit, Wash Dishes 3000 Times, Serve 50 Secret Customers, Unlock Futitoo Counter, Unlock All Extensions, and 3,000,000 pesos in cash. In that recording every row already read Done! or a full progress bar, and clicking Apply changed the button to Granted. The restaurant wall then carried a MAYOR'S PERMIT sign, and the cash balance fell from about 8.34M to about 5.35M pesos across the same minute.
What does the Mayor's Permit give you in Karinderya?
The Info tab lists three rewards: Server upto 5 Plates, 20% customer spawn and the permit itself. The grant banner repeats them in plain words: Servers can now carry 5 plates & customers arrive 20% faster! That is the game's own wording. Whether the five-plate limit covers hired workers, your own character or both is not stated on the panel, and whether 20% shortens the gap between arrivals or raises a cap is also unstated, so treat those two readings as unconfirmed.
How many customers do you need to unlock Gulay and Seafood meals?
The Menu panel gates each meal category twice: once on a served-customer count and once on a permit. The October 16, 2026 recording reads GULAY MEALS as 12000 served + Barangay Permit to unlock and SEAFOOD MEALS as 20000 served + Mayor's Permit to unlock, with the Seafood row unlocked live at 22,541 customers served. A third row above them reads Serve 7700 customers to unlock; its label sat above the panel edge in every captured frame, so this site records the threshold without naming the row.
Is there a Business Permit in Karinderya?
Yes, and it is the third licence in the chain. The Req. tab read on November 1, 2026 lists nine rows: Unlock Mayor's Permit (Done!), Serve 3,000 Customers, Serve 300 Softdrinks, Serve 300 Inihaws, Throw 100 Garbage Bags, Catch 300 Runaways, Hire 30 Workers, Repair Extension 5 (Done!) and 10,000,000 pesos cash. Pressing Apply on the full panel shows Business Permit granted! Open 24/7, 5-10 day workers and a 1st Floor Server, and the Info tab repeats those four reward lines. What 5-10 Day Workers and 1st Floor Server change, and whether the 10,000,000 leaves the wallet on Apply, are not shown in that recording.
Is BRGYPERMIT a code or an in-game permit?
Both names exist. BRGYPERMIT was a description-listed code that left the Roblox description on September 12, 2026 and now needs a current-client check, while the Barangay Permit is an in-game licence you apply for at the municipal counter. If you searched for a permit code, the string may still answer on some servers; if you searched for the licence, the counter is where it is granted, and its requirements are listed on the permit page.
